BOOKING CONDITIONS As a family run B&B we have some restrictions regarding the changes you can make to your bookings. Unlike hotels or youth hostels we rent out our rooms to paying guests who want to stay at home with us and so you are committed to pay for the total number of nights you booked. We will not accept changes in the number of nights booked on arrival. You will have to pay the total amount due when you check in.
-------------------------------------------------- WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances and it will be divided by the number of nights booked in case of cancellation to calculate the amount paid per night. The deposit paid for nights you will not be charged for will not be refund and cannot be used to pay for other nights. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy which means you will be charged for each night cancelled less than 72 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations made on the arrival date as well as no shows will be charged for the full amount of the stay so if for any reason you could not honour your reservation contact us as soon as possible to avoid further charges. Changes in your reservation are subject to availability. We are under no obligation to accept any changes you request although we ensure you we would do our best. We are also entitled to consider changes in the dates or number of nights as a cancellation in which case the cancellation policy would apply. LONG WEEK-ENDS AND FESTIVALS SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICIY Special cancellation policy applies from December 3rd to December 10th, Christmas, New Year and Easter week. The total amount of the reservation will be charged 72 hours before arrival date (one week before for Easter). If your bank denied the charge or the credit card was not valid the booking will be cancelled
