We will not accept changes in the number of nights booked on arrival. You will have to pay the total amount due when you check in.

The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances and it will be divided by the number of nights booked in case of cancellation to calculate the amount paid per night. The deposit paid for nights you will not be charged for will not be refund and cannot be used to pay for other nights. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy which means you will be charged for each night cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.

Last minute cancellations made on the arrival date as well as no shows will be charged for the full amount of the stay so if for any reason you could not honour your reservation contact us as soon as possible to avoid further charges.

Changes in your reservation are subject to availability. We are under no obligation to accept any changes you request although you can be sure we will always do our best. We are also entitled to consider changes in the dates or number of nights as a cancellation in which case the cancellation policy would apply.
